Recipe of the month *Banana, Strawberry and Blueberry smoothie*

The ingredients below will make 2/3 portions.

Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5 a day

Ingredients
1 Large Banana, cut into pieces
75g/3oz Blueberries
75g/3oz Strawberries
180ml/6fl.oz. Orange juice
180ml/6fl.oz Natural Yoghurt
4 large Ice Cubes, crushed
Sprinkle of muesli

Instructions:

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle some muesli on top to add a bit of crunch... Its really not hard to make!
