What's YOUR motivation? Many people find that their motivation runs out after
a short while in the gym, or just ten minutes after starting a run or bike ride. Others love the gym environment and just
need that extra bit of motivation and direction that is provided by having a personal trainer with them.
Adaptable training environments Training plans can be worked around your choice of environment: you can
work out in your usual gym, in the local park or at home. I will create a varied and exciting series of exercises to keep
you motivated, make you see results and meet your goals.

What's the relevance of skydiving?! Sarah is also a professional skydiver. She represents the UK in 4 way
formation skydiving and has two World Titles and three British titles to her name. Skydiving is a sport which is little known,
yet has an ever growing population of followers. 4 Way formation skydiving is a test of physical and mental agility, strength,
courage and discipline. Sarah applies the same formulas to fitness training as she does to training teams to become the best
competitive skydivers in the world.

The magic wand
Sarah believes in training
smart. Training in such a way that you don't need to spend
hours and hours flogging away on treadmills and cross trainers in the gym, throwing heavy weights around and feeling tired
and stiff afterwards. It really is possible to gain the
physique that you want and feel fitter and stronger than ever before. It's not quite as easy as waving a magic wand, but
it's not far off!
