Sarah is a fully qualified personal trainer and also represents
the United Kingdom in the sport of Skydiving. She has won many World and National titles and uses her experience competing
at a World Level in her fitness instruction.
Sarah is a member of the Register of
Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 and is trained to work with any individual, regardless of health complications. Sarah
is also trained as a nutrition advisor and to work with pre and post natal women. She specialises in sports specific training,
working with many types of athletes to increase their performance through functional training.
Sarah continues to expand her knowledge
of personal training through Continued Professional Development (CPD) and is fully insured and CRB checked.
