What is an online training plan?

Online training plans are designed for people who do not have time to go to a gym or to book an appointment with a personal trainer. The plan will be designed to help you achieve your goals, using the time and equipment that you have available to you. You do not need to be a member of a gym, you just need some space at home or outside to follow the plan.

Your plan will include detailed instructions on exercise technique, stretching, rest and recuperation, diet and advice tailored exclusively for you. The plans are designed to gradually increase your fitness levels.

Is it safe?
 
You will be asked to complete a health check form before you start any form of training programme. Storm Personal Training operates a safe training policy and will work closely with your GP if you have any specific health requirements. There is no need to shy away from exercise - with the right approach it can significantly increase your quality of life. All fitness instructors are fully qualified, insured and those making home visits are CRB checked.
 
Will it be the right thing for me?

Alternatively, you can have a training plan written for you: these easy to follow and affordable training plans can be followed at home or in the gym, using tried and tested techniques to improve your sports performance through fitness and agility, decreasing the risk of injury through training. The plan can be tailored to any fitness levels, for people of any age and for those returning from injuries or a break from their sport. The plans are designed to gradually increase your fitness, strength and flexibility as the season progresses, you will peak at the right time for your competition.
