
Meet Sarah
Cannon: Personal Trainer, World Champion skydiver, World Record holder and two time
British National Skydiving Champion.
Sarah has been representing the UK in competitive skydiving since 2007. She is still competing
in her sport and is also on the worldwide coaching circuit, working with teams in the UK, US, Sweden, Portugal, Spain and
the Czech Republic. Sarah's methodology is to focus on each person's requirements as an individual and provide them
with the extra motivation and tools
that they will need to reach their goals.
Skydiving
is a sport which is little known, yet has an ever growing population of followers. 4 Way formation skydiving is a test of
physical and mental agility, strength, courage and discipline. Sarah applies the same formula to fitness training as she does
to training teams to become the best competitive skydivers in the world.
Sarah works with each client to establish their fitness and nutritional
requirements and to follow their tailor made plan which gradually and safely allows them to reach their goals. The same methodology
will be followed to help you achieve your goal regardless of whether that is to run a PB, reduce your triathlon split times,
fit into your favourite party dress or pair of jeans or get back in shape after having a baby! Careful and considered planning
will get you there.

plans that can be followed at home, in your local park or in the gym, alternatively you could utilise a mixture of
